A    "Employer" or "Employers" means a user who is accessing KerjaApa.com website to publish a job vacancy advertisement in the Site, or utilizing the services provided by KerjaApa for the purpose of seeking candidates for employment.
B    "Job Seeker" or "Job Seekers" means a user who is accessing KerjaApa.com website to search for job, or to use any other services provided by KerjaApa except as an Employer.
C    "Advertiser" or "Advertisers" means a person or entity that is contracting to post advertisements on the Site that may not be related to the content of KerjaApa.
D    "You", "Your", "User" and "Users" refer to all individuals and/or entities who are accessing and using the service of KerjaApa.
E    "We", "Us", "Our" and "KerjaApa" refer to KerjaApa.com.
F    "User Content" means all information, data, text, graphics, audio, video and all other forms of data or communication that you submitted, posted or displayed such as profile picture, resumes, and information that you submitted for User profile.
G    "KerjaApa Content" means content that we create that includes but not limited to text, graphics, design, programming, information, images, video, audio, software and other contents used on KerjaApa.com Website.
2. Using the Site
A.    Permission to Use the Site for:
A.1    Job Seekers, individuals seeking employment, and all other career-related information, such as education and such services.
A.2    Employers who are seeking candidates for employment purposes.
A.3    Advertisers who advertise their products on the Site.
B.    Prohibited Uses:
B.1    Job Seeker shall not respond to any job vacancy advertisement for any reason that are not related to the job advertised.
B.2    Employer shall not respond to Job Seeker for any reason other than in connection with his/her application for the job.
B.3    Job Seeker shall not post any non-resume related information and/or false or inaccurate resume related data.
B.4    All Users agree to not violate or attempt to violate the security of the Site including, but not limited to accessing data that are not intended for them or logging into a server or account which they are not authorized to access, attempting to breach security or authentication measures without authorization, attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system.
B.5    All Users are not allowed to solicit passwords or personally identifiable informations from other Users.
B.6    All Users shall not post, publish, upload, distribute, or circulate any material or information that:
i. violate any applicable laws and regulations.
ii. may infringe the copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
iii. violate the privacy or other personal rights of others.
iv. defamatory, libelous, obscene, offensive, vulgar, threatening, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, illegal, improper or false.
v. are not genuine and which attempts to advertise or promote products and services.
vi. contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, corrupted files or other programs that may interrupt or damage the Site.
vii. are inaccurate, misleading, or not up to date and which is not your own.
viii. are considered as spamming, flooding and such.
B.7    Send unsolicited mail or email, make unsolicited phone calls, send unsolicited faxes, or make contact in purpose of promoting and/or advertising products or services to Users that has not specifically request the materials.
B.8    All Users are not allowed to use robots in purpose of data mining, scraping or similar data gathering tools on our Site and establishing or publishing the data on your own website, except with our prior written consent.
B.9    Violations of system or network security may result in civil and/or criminal liability. In such case, KerjaApa will cooperate with law enforcement authorities to investigate and prosecute Users who are involved in such violations.
3. Intellectual Property Rights

B    KerjaApa does not guarantee or make any promises that any advertisement, resume, data, or information will achieve a certain result such as viewed by any specific number of users.
C    KerjaApa does not guarantee that the Site will be "fault-free", "error-free", or that the Site or servers are free of viruses or other harmful mechanisms. As such, your continued use of the site means that you agree and understand that your use of the Site is at your own discretion and risk.
D    KerjaApa make no claims or promises about the quality, reliability, accuracy, safety or security of the site and contents. 6. Termination
A    You may terminate your account and discontinue using the Site at any time. You may read our Privacy Policy for information about what we do with your data when the account is terminated.
B    KerjaApa has all the rights to suspend your access to certain portions of the Site, and/or ban you altogether from the Site for any or no reason. We may terminate and remove all Users Content without notice in the event that any material posted by the User is inaccurate, or has breached any of the Terms and Conditions.
C    KerjaApa reserves the right, and its sole discretion to decide whether a User has breached any of the Terms and Conditions, and also to take any action as it considers necessary, including but not limited to taking legal actions against such User.

A    All Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KerjaApa and its affiliates and its associated companies from and against any claims, costs and expenses (including but not limited to legal and accounting fees) arising from:
